00Ngo My Uyen, often celebrated as one of Vietnam's most iconic beauty queens, has long captured the public's imagination not just for her elegance, but for her extraordinary real estate portfolio. Widely referred to as the "richest Miss Vietnam," her taste in luxury homes spans continents, blending historic European charm with modern Asian luxury.
For many years, her most famous property was the legendary "gold-plated villa" located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City on Han Thuyen Street. This royal-style mansion was a symbol of her immense wealth until she decided to sell the property in February 2017. Since then, her lifestyle has transitioned into a highly sophisticated, international journey.
Today, Ngo My Uyen resides primarily in Rome, Italy, alongside her husband—an Italian professor—and their two children. The family lives in a spacious 250-square-meter apartment situated on the fourth floor of a historic six-story building constructed in 1930. Instead of modernizing the historic structure, the couple chose to preserve its original architectural layout, adding personal touches like a lush balcony overflowing with green plants and vibrant flowers, offering a serene escape in the middle of the historic city.
Beyond their urban apartment in Rome, the family owns a spectacular 10,000-square-meter garden estate in the picturesque region of Tuscany. This massive property serves as their ultimate vacation retreat, especially during the warm summer months and long weekends. The estate features a classic, rustic Italian architectural style, boasting five elegant bedrooms on the upper floor. It also includes two smaller adjacent structures connected to the main house—one dedicated to staff quarters and another designed entirely for entertainment. Surrounded by natural beauty, the family frequently visits this estate to enjoy the nearby beaches, sail on their private boat, and host lively outdoor barbecue parties.
Even with her life firmly established in Europe, Ngo My Uyen maintains a grand presence in Vietnam. Following the sale of her Han Thuyen mansion, she invested in a stunning two-story villa built on a massive 1,000-square-meter plot of land in the highly desirable Thao Dien neighborhood of District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. This Vietnamese residence is designed with a sophisticated semi-classical interior style, featuring rare decorative items imported from around the world. The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, a private swimming pool, a dedicated children's playground, and an underground garage, making it the perfect tropical oasis.
