Sports Management Student Wins HUTECH’s Got Talent 2024

The grand finale of HUTECH's Got Talent 2024, held on March 20, concluded with spectacular performances, leaving an unforgettable impression on thousands of students at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). This biannual event serves as a premier platform for talented students to showcase their artistic passions. Taking home the prestigious Champion trophy this year was Nguyen Truc Phuong, a talented student majoring in Sports Management.

Nguyen Truc Phuong, who is also a national rhythmic gymnast, delivered a breathtaking performance that seamlessly blended athletic precision with artistic grace. Performing to the powerful melodies of 'Hao khi Viet Nam - Mot vong Viet Nam,' Truc Phuong mesmerized the audience and judges with her flawless flexibility, acrobatic flips, and seamless coordination with her co-performer. The highlight of her routine was her masterful manipulation of hoops and silk ribbons, requiring immense focus and elite skill. Renowned choreographer and judge Quang Dang praised her performance, noting that it was his first time seeing such a high-level rhythmic gymnastics routine in a student competition, calling it highly inspiring.

Following Truc Phuong's victory, the Runner-up title went to Nguyen Gia Kieu Duyen from the Faculty of Law, while the third-place award was secured by the Juda$ team from the Faculty of Communication & Design. The finale was a true feast for the senses, featuring 17 outstanding acts ranging from contemporary dance, modern choreography, rap, and traditional singing to showmanship bartending. The event's energy was further amplified by the arrival of star-studded guest artists, including singer Anh Tu (popularly known as Voi Ban Don), MC Thanh Bach, and composer Sy Luan, making it a night of pure celebration and artistic triumph.
