Escape the digital noise and reconnect with the earth at the Nam - Sua House (Mushroom - Jellyfish House), a unique level 4 residence located in Hoc Mon, on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. Designed by TTDesign, this home was born from the owner's desire to provide their children with a childhood rooted in nature rather than smart devices. Spanning a 108m² floor area on a generous 294m² plot, the house is divided into three distinct sections that prioritize outdoor living and tranquility. The front area features a sprawling garden perfect for morning coffee or weekend BBQ parties with friends and family. A large veranda serves as a transitional space where residents can read or catch the breeze, embodying the slow-paced lifestyle of the suburbs.

The architectural language of Nam - Sua House is inspired by traditional Vietnamese sloping roofs. The roofline undulates from low to high, creating a rhythmic silhouette that ensures rapid water drainage during heavy rains while adding structural durability. Inside, the living and kitchen areas are strategically separated from the sleeping quarters by an internal garden. This 'green buffer' ensures maximum privacy and quiet for the bedrooms, shielding them from the activity of the common areas while maintaining excellent airflow. The materials used are intentionally raw and rustic, focusing on the beauty of natural textures to create a sense of simplicity and closeness to the environment. TTDesign has successfully created a sanctuary that feels both contemporary and timeless, offering a peaceful haven where the boundaries between the home and the garden are beautifully blurred.
