However, due to various unresolved issues and legal complications, the project was never completed. Despite attracting interest from potential international buyers, including Japanese investors, the villa remains unsold and unfinished. Its unique architectural design, featuring sealed brick entrances and a lack of standard access pathways, continues to intrigue visitors. While restoring this massive structure would require a significant financial investment, leaving it abandoned remains a waste of prime real estate in one of northern Vietnam's most popular tourist destinations.
