In a significant move toward modernization, the Nam Tu Liem District in Hanoi has officially launched a new digital transformation model for administrative reform in Phuong Canh Ward. The initiative, supported by the Ministry of Information and Communications, aims to improve public service efficiency and citizen satisfaction.

The project is built on three main pillars: Digital Government, Digital Society, and Digital Economy. Key highlights include the installation of an advanced security camera system integrated into the local police command center, which has already proven effective in reducing criminal activity and managing urban order. Furthermore, the district has upgraded its 'one-stop' electronic service system, significantly reducing processing times for administrative procedures. A standout feature is the use of QR codes for queuing and service evaluation, with an impressive 90.3% satisfaction rate reported by citizens. Additionally, the district has successfully implemented a digital property management platform and a Zalo Official Account for direct communication between the local government and the public. With nearly 13,000 followers, the Zalo channel has become a vital tool for disseminating information and addressing resident concerns in real-time. This comprehensive digital transformation is a cornerstone of Nam Tu Liem’s commitment to building a smart, transparent, and modern administrative environment, setting a high standard for other districts in Hanoi to follow.
