Rapid Infrastructure Transformation in Dong Van Commune: A New Era for Rural Nghe An

Dong Van commune, located in the mountainous Tan Ky district of Nghe An province, is currently undergoing a breathtaking transformation. Historically classified as a '135' region—a designation for Vietnam's most disadvantaged and difficult areas—Dong Van was once characterized by its sparse population, lack of basic infrastructure, and limited access to healthcare and education.
