001. BTC EDGES LOWER NEAR $75,500–$75,800
Bitcoin traded in a narrow band on November 8, with TokenPost recording $75,828.55 (+0.70%) early in the KST session before easing to $75,694.49 (-0.15%) at 04:59 KST; Upbit showed 103,367,000 KRW (-0.36% in 24h), and CoinMarketCap data cited by Coinreaders put BTC at $75,515. Pluang separately recorded a price of 1,370,083,753 IDR (-0.18%) with about 79% buy-side order activity. The relatively mild decline suggests buyers are defending the $75.5k area, but momentum is still too weak to produce a durable rebound while ETF outflows continue.
2. ETH SHOWS LITTLE CHANGE, HOLDING NEAR $2,232
Ethereum briefly touched $2,242.20 (+0.93%) before slipping to $2,232.28 (-0.03%) at 04:59 KST; Upbit recorded 3,043,000 KRW (-0.25%), while KuCoin listed the coin near $2,235. ETH is nearly flat in the latest session, signaling that selling pressure is weak but speculative demand has not returned, making it relatively calmer than high-beta altcoins and a comparatively stable large-cap asset.
3. XRP AND DOGE UNDER PRESSURE; XRP LEADS LIQUIDATIONS
XRP fell 1.96% per TokenPost and traded near $1.16 on KuCoin, with Upbit showing 1,576 KRW (-2.25%); DOGE also dropped 1.51% to 97.1 KRW (-2.16%) on Upbit. CoinGlass data via TokenPost showed XRP led derivatives liquidations with $9.44 million out of $32.69 million in 24 hours, while long positions made up 72.38%. Selling pressure is concentrated in higher-volatility coins, a sign that traders are cutting risk exposure, and the large share of long liquidations reflects over-leveraged bullish positioning in previous sessions.
4. MARKET SENTIMENT SLIPS TO EXTREME FEAR
Total crypto market capitalization stood at $2.539 trillion, down about 0.57% in 24 hours; the Crypto Fear & Greed Index dropped to 25 from 28, moving into the 'Extreme Fear' zone, while Bitcoin dominance held at 60.00%. Investors have turned defensive after a period of heavy ETF withdrawals, but Bitcoin’s stable 60% market share could help reduce volatility if outflows weaken from here. A reading of 25 is often associated with oversold conditions, but it may persist if ETF outflows remain elevated.
5. BITCOIN ETF OUTFLOWS REMAIN HEAVY, BNB UP SLIGHTLY
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net outflows of about $411.9 million on November 6 and roughly $1.28 billion from November 2–6; CoinDesk also reported more than $1.27 billion in derivatives liquidations over 24 hours as of November 6. In contrast, BNB rose 0.41% to around $697 on KuCoin. ETF withdrawals are acting as a key drag on Bitcoin prices, whereas BNB’s mild gain points to relatively stable exchange-linked demand and a more resilient holder base.
What to watch today: Whether BTC can hold the $75.5k support area after the recent run of ETF outflows.
