Vietnam-Japan Festival 2024 Strengthens Cultural and Bilateral Ties

The Vietnam-Japan Festival 2024 officially opened in Ho Chi Minh City, marking a vibrant celebration of cultural exchange and bilateral friendship. The opening ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Chairman of the HCMC People's Committee Phan Van Mai, and Takebe Tsutomu, Special Advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance. Speaking at the event, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang highlighted that the festival arrives at a momentous time, following the elevation of bilateral relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in late 2023.
